During this 6 week course you will learn:

1. To lift safely so you don’t feel anxious about lifting on your own, increasing your confidence and ability to lift, which means you reduce your risk of injury during lifting workouts.

2. The fundamental Olympic lifting movements that engage all areas of your strength and mobility system, which means you will feel stronger, less stiff and more in tune with your bodily movements when you train.

3. When a lift doesn’t feel right, giving you the awareness to stop, which means your self-awareness to your risk to injury will increase significantly, meaning your lifts become safer and more effective over-time.

4. How to best structure your lifting workouts for ultimate safety and results, which means you will feel empowered and confident to produce future lifting workouts that follow best practice.

This 6 Week Course starts on Tuesday 2nd July 2024 18:00-19:00 at our gym 177 South Liberty Lane, Ashton, Bristol, BS3 2TN.
